Breakfast: Chinamon Chocolate Maca Bars in Corvallis, Oregon For Sale

Containing creamy raw cashews, energy-boosting cacao, and no cooking, these delicious maca bars are easy to make and are the perfect snack to supercharge your day.
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked cashews, ½ cup maca, 1 cup cacao powder, ¼ cup cacao butter
A dash of Kalahari salt, 2 dates, pitted, 1/8 cup raw honey, 1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup coconut oil, 3 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 pinch cayenne
Preparation:
Soak cashews overnight. Melt cacao butter and coconut oil over very low heat, or in an Excalibur Dehydrator. In a blender, grind the cashews first. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend on high. Flatten mixture into a small pan and freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and cut into squares. Enjoy!
