The process is simple and turnkey. We control the addition of the trade lines, and we supply the corporation for the client to PG (personal guarantee) the line of credit. In addition, there are 12 (nine) lenders we work with daily that provide funding.
We do not charge any fees in advance. The service fee involved is a flat 12% on each Phase of Funding. The funding amounts are locked in at $75k in 30 days and $75k within 45 days. The 12% is paid AFTER the line(s) of credit are obtained.
Qualifications: There are 2 conditions to meet in order to participate:
1) Your current credit report must have a score on all 3 bureaus of at least 750, only 1 inquiry in the last three months and only 40% debt ratio. If it does not qualify, we set you up with the SCN. (We cannot use existing SCN or CPN's because our vendor issues ?safe scanned? numbers and we build out the credit file)
2) The minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
