MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent, specializing in mechanical design or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience. BSME or MSME degree preferred. 2. Ten years experience designing complex automation systems for the semiconductor, electronics, fiber optics, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industries. 3. Proficiency with solid modeling (Solidworks or ProE preferred) and ability to detail machined and fabricated parts to ANSI standards. 4. Working knowledge of common machine shop techniques. 5. Must be capable of designing tooling from sketches or verbal concepts. 6. Must exhibit professional and courteous communication and interaction under pressure with Customers, Vendors, Engineers, Technicians, Machinists, and other team members. 7. Successful experience troubleshooting complex equipment during project startup phases. 8. Able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision. 9. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and communication skills. 10. Valid State Driver's License required. Salary is competitive with industry standards, and starts off in the 75K+ range.
