The Senior Industrial Engineer will manage projects within the Supply Chain Engineering team, both corporate and field based; developing, coordinating, and ensuring on time completion of project schedules, and acting as a key communication link between the corporate and field based engineering teams. The Senior Industrial Engineer will act as a mentor to all engineers on the Supply Chain Engineering Team and will lead the training/development of new Industrial Engineers. As the Supply Chain Engineering Team grows the Senior Industrial Engineer will play a key role in developing engineering talent. POSITION REQUIREMENTS 3+ years previous experience in Industrial Engineering field. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering field. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Access. Experience in time and motion studies, standards development and implementation, facility layout, and project/capital justification preferred. Mentorship experience
