Job Details: * * **JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE** * Maintains good customer relations by assisting customers with needs related to home care services. Provides in-home durable medical equipment and supplies to patients and ensures they are educated on use of the equipment/supply. Provides front line customer support, collects patient insurance information, demographics, and relevant prior authorizations and medical documentation. Assists in cash collections and posting.
