I am about to graduate from LBCC and have to leave my spot in a double room. The house was remodeled this past year so it is not the typical LBCC trash with the pee stations everywhere in the bathroom and messed up doors. There are three other male roommates who are all really good looking and quite smart. It is a "quaint" place or tiny if you area a pessimist, but it has a big backyard and it is really clean and pleasant inside. For those that are interested in seein the room, write me a message. The roommates are very typical Linn-Benton Community College students, they like to have fun on the weekends and they rarely attend class. They have no outstanding police records that I know of and they are not creepy in any way. They are all decent guys and I have lived with them for years, so if this sounds cool to you you should come by and meet my roommates. Oh yeah, the guy I share a room with has a gf that lives in downtown, so I have a single about half the time.
