Hello, My roommate and I have a room available in our house. We are looking to sublease the room to someone as soon as possible. We do not have a finite move out date, but would prefer someone who would be willing to stay around three months. We would be open to you potentially staying longer if the chemistry between all roommates was there. The available room is about 11x15, includes a good sized closet, and has hardwood floors. Rent is $600 and utilities average about $65 a month (power, gas, internet, water). You would share a bathroom with one other person. The house comes with a nice sized backyard, huge kitchen, plenty of parking space (side driveway), washer and dryer, limited storage space in the basement. Overall, the household is laid back and only occupied during the evenings and weekends due to work. We both work full time but love to be in the comfort of our home cooking, listening/playing music, and entertaining friends. Two dogs reside in the house and are free to roam. They are calm, lazy, and adore pets/attention. The house is located in North Portland, St. Johns to be exact. We are two blocks from food carts, bars, a gym, Fred Meyers (3 blocks), major bus lines and a 15 minute bike ride to the max. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and brilliantly located.
