We just got a four bedroom house right by LBCC. Currently, the rooming situation is as follows, me (a female student) and two of my guy roommates (also students). We are looking for a fourth person to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two story house with tons of space. We are studious during the weekdays but have fun and party on the weekends. The community has two huge pools, a nicely equipped gym, and basketball and tennis courts. Another option we are open to is having two people rent the Master Bedroom. It has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet with plenty of space. Basically room is huge. We are open to either a male or a female, but we want someone that is laid-back and respectful.
