Hi, I'm looking for a simple room in Portland to live in, hopefully long-term (like a year or more). I'm neat, usually keep to myself, don't ask for much, easygoing/laid back, non-judgmental, responsive to complaints, and always pay my bills early. I'm not a party person, don't drink smoke or do drugs, never bring strangers home and rarely invite friends over. I make my money with work related to search engine optimization; technically I "work from home" but in practice I often go out to a coffee shop for the workday, so I won't be loitering around the house too much. I'm also a musician, but I have no problem working/practicing in headphones so as not to disturb you or neighbors. In conclusion, I have simple and minimal needs, I plan to spend most of my time out around Portland, and I'm always mindful of making sure my behaviors don't harm or bother anyone else.
