I have a newer home in a nice neighborhood. I have one room available ASAP. Rent for the room is $400/month. This includes utilities. I also have wifi. I currently have one male roommate in his 30's and I'm a female in my 30's and also have a 12 yr old son. We are all clean, quiet and respectful. This is not a party house, however we occasionally have dinner and drinks with friends. I have a cat who is outside 90% of the time and a dog. I clean up after both and they are not a nuance.
