Hello! We have a PRIVATE and beautiful room available in our Corvallis HOUSE. It is open for move-in starting TODAY. We prefer a friendly and organized FEMALE housemate. Our home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood near OSU. There is lots of street parking available, and we also have plenty of storage in the garage if you happen to need the space. Our home also includes a washer and dryer. The common areas of the house are fully and nicely furnished; all you would have to bring is the furniture for your bedroom. A LITTLE ABOUT US- We are a really friendly and laid-back group of housemates. We are sociable, but definitely know when to give you space and respect your privacy. This is a young, but very responsible and focused group (the oldest housemate is a 23-year-old senior while the others are undergraduate students). So if you'd like a HOME where you can get along with your housemates, but also enjoy a space where you can relax or study... then we invite you to check out our home. LOCATION-We are about 6 miles from the OSU Campus (roughly a 10-minute drive)... Very close to shopping and parks. There is also a nice jogging path close by. Utilities average about $40 per month. LENGTH OF STAY- We can negotiate a month-to-month rental agreement or a medium to long-term lease. We could definitely do some sort of trial period like having a month-to-month at first, then sign a longer lease if we all like the living situation.
