Hi, my name is James and I am a graduate student at Oregon State University. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with an extra room I am looking to rent ASAP for $550/month. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and high speed internet. The electric bill will be split 50-50 each month. I do not own a TV, but if you do and you would like cable we can discuss splitting the cost. I am recently divorced and am still in the process of repopulating my house with furniture. The rooms that would be shared include the living room, dining room/kitchen, bathroom, and the laundry room. My kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and eating utensils, but my living room (with wood floors that would make a great ballroom dance space if you are so inclined as I am) is mostly empty. I have two cats (both 8 years old) that have lived with dogs before. If you have animals they will be considered on a case-by-case basis. My house does have a garage but I reserve its use for my personal car, but there is plenty off street parking outside for 1-2 additional cars.
