I'm setting up Churchill Sound Studio in Montavilla beginning the 24th of July.
This is hard disc recording with all the bells and whistles you need for a good quality recording. I'll be happy to send you some examples of the sound I can get for you.
High-end mics: ribbons, cardioids, dynamics. I have instruments available for use including an 8-string bass.
This operation is essentially for solo artists or duos who don't mind using drum machines or drum pads with sticks.
Here's the sweet deal. $100 per song. It's two days of recording and mixing one song. Not too shabby, eh?!
