This specially designed tool is used on vehicles using pressed on pulleys. These pulleys have holes instead of bolt heads for use in securing the pulley from rotating while removing or installing the fan clutch assembly. With the use of a 36 mm open end wrench part #xxxx0, #xxxx0 or #xxxx0 the technician can loosen and tighten the fan clutch on many xxxx and later G.M. trucks, vans, SUV's, many xxxx and later Jeeps, and also many xxxx and later Dodge trucks, vans and SUV's.
The xxxx0A is used on the following applications:
G.M. 4.8 liter V-8, 5.3 liter V-8 and 6.0 liter V-8 xxxx and later.
